Stage 1: Consult
We will meet with you to discuss your requirements, design, budget and associated costs. At this time we will examine your existing residence from a building point of view.
Stage 2: Design
Preliminary concept drawings are created and details and costings are discussed.
Stage 3: Quote
Once you are satisfied with the design we prepare a formal quotation for you to approve.
Stage 4: Plans
On approval of the formal quotation, planning approval drawings and specifications are produced ready for council submission.
Stage 5: Approval
While your plans are being approved, contracts are drawn up and signed. At this stage one of our recommended designers can assist you with tile selections, colours, fittings and fixtures.
Stage 6: Construction
With final selections made and any changes signed off, it’s time to get excited as we do what we do best and commence work on your project.
Stage 7: Enjoy
We will do a final inspection to ensure you are fully satisfied, then all that’s left is for you to ENJOY!
